"Pansuh Ayam"
You guys know right about this food? This is what we
called "Pansuh Ayam". It is been cooked inside bamboo. It is just a
simple ingredients such as chicken and tapioca leaves. It is very
popular during any type of festival that Dayak celebrated.

"Lemang "
Beside rice, we
also provide "Lemang" for our second dishes for our customers. Normally,
our customers will eat "Lemang" with "Rendang". It is been cooked
inside bamboo. Usually, we used "Beras Pulut" to cook "Lemang".

Bamboo Shoot
Bamboo shoot is very popular in Sarawak. We can cooked bamboo shoot depend on our own tasted like fried with "belacan", curry, soup and so on.
